Hi there. I'm a 34yr old, laid back female who's looking for a responsible female roommate to share my 3 bedroom apartment with. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED. Rent is always due on the first of the month. If you'd like a cable box for your bedroom, it's only an extra $6/month. A cat is welcome (I have one), but no dogs. You would have the 2 smaller bedrooms for yourself. We would be sharing the rest of the house. My last roommate took her furniture, so I will be refurnishing the living/dining rooms as soon as possible. Your 2 rooms would be left to you to furnish as you like.
