Hi,I am looking for a responsible professional person to share my space. My ex-girlfriend is moving out Aug. 1st and I will need someone then.I live alone with two cats who are very friendly. The apartment is 3 bedrooms. One is used as an office/studio which you will have access to. One is mine and the other can be yours. The living room, dinning room and kitchen are very large. The bathroom has a separate shower and tub. We have access to private beaches. There is a lot to do around town.I am 36 y/o male who works mon-fri from 6:30am-7:00pm. During the weekends, I spend my time outside painting landscapes. The rent is $800 plus $800 security and utilities are around $100-150 each.
