Sheldon Barnett, CPA is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 30 years of public and private accounting experience. He holds a Bachelors of Business Arts in Accounting, and a Masters Degree in Taxation. He is a former vice president and member of the Board of Directors of the Wall Street Tax Association. Mr. Barnett is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York Society of C.P.A.’s.

Mr. Barnett’s clients range from private individuals, family owned business to large publicly traded corporations. He can handle tax questions ranging from private estate and trust issues, to questions arising from Mergers and Acquisitions of publicly traded companies.
